Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. Final sale items* are not eligible for return. Please initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.

Takasa’s 100% GOTS Certified organic cotton towels and sheet sets are the pinnacle of sustainability and fair trade production practices. Takasa crafts all their bedding with natural and sustainably harvested materials and dyed with only natural dyes. Grown and spun in India, the organic cotton fabric used in all their organic towels, sheets, and duvets is cut and sewn in fair trade certified factories. They also make their duvet inserts with organic cotton. The filling is either New Zealand organic fair trade wool, British organic fair trade wool, or Canadian downmark certified down. Takasa is a fair trade certified and POC-owned company. They ensure safe and healthy fair trade production standards and fair living wages for all their makers.
