All of Kiliim’s products are handcrafted, which makes each product unique. All cotton in Kiliim products is premium Egyptian cotton sourced from the local markets, and then rolled, spun and dyed in digital dye houses in Cairo.
Dry clean recommended for best results. Hand wash cold with non-bleach detergent. For stains scrub with gel detergent. Do not use bleach or stain remover. Do not tumble dry.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. Final sale items* are not eligible for return. Please initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.

Manufactured in Fowwa, a village situated along the Nile Delta, Kiliim’s craftspeople come from a long line of kilim artisans. They view their craft as part of their heritage and receive living wages for their traditional, heritage craft. Each purchase supports Kiliim’s initiative to put Fowwa back on the local and international map for authentic kilim rug craftsmanship.
