Rackle Shoes merges tried and true plant-based materials with innovative, eco-friendly foam to create comfortable and sustainable everyday hemp shoes. Their classic sneaker design features a naturally-dyed hemp upper that is antimicrobial, UV and water-resistant, and temperature regulating. Aside from being one of the strongest and lightest natural fibers, hemp is also one of the most sustainable crops in that it absorbs CO2, requires no irrigation or pesticides, and has a quick seed-to-harvest cycle with minimal environmental impact. The technology of Rackle’s footwear is in the soles. Rackle’s soles consist of EcoPure® foam that promotes bio-degradation without compromising performance or quality. This foam degrades 30-50 times faster than traditional foam. Additionally, Rackle’s shoes feature their PLEXUS ARCH™ which has been developed to aid healthy blood circulation in the legs. Rackle partners with a The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) approved, HIGG INDEX enrolled, and BLUESIGN certified shoe factory in Vietnam.
