Incredible customer service
Really beautiful but a bit different than I expected
Really pretty rug. It came after several weeks--I hadn't understood that as a custom item, it would take a bit longer. I also wasn't familiar with Fique, so the texture was a bit of a surprise, a bit more pliable than I realized, as I had thought it to be more like jute. The colors are not as warm as in the bigger picture but more muted as in the smaller pics. I ended up putting the rug in my yoga room rather than in my guest room, and it's definitely grown on me.
