Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. The Bright Angle specializes in modern home decor and dishware made with stunning, translucent porcelain intended to last several lifetimes. The Bright Angle makes all their porcelain mugs, planters, vases, and pots in the USA in Asheville, NC. They make their porcelain mix from scratch with raw, natural materials from the North Carolina mountains. The Bright Angle designs and makes each piece in-house using modeling software to perfectly engineer each slip cast mold. After being kiln-fired at 2200 degrees Fahrenheit, makers sand and finish each piece with a soft satin glaze. This detailed craftsmanship results in elegant porcelain mugs, vases, and bowls that feels great in hand. The Bright Angle pays their makers a fair and living wage.
