The organic cotton used in all their products is entirely grown and spun in India. Once spun, the fabric is cut and sewn in India in fair trade certified factories. All of Takasa’s earth-friendly bedding is made with natural and sustainably harvested materials and are dyed with only natural dyes. Takasa duvet inserts are also made from organic cotton and filled with either New Zealand organic fair trade wool, British organic fair trade wool, or Canadian downmark certified down. Takasa is a fair trade certified and POC owned company, and ensures safe and healthy fair trade production standards and fair living wages for all their makers.
