Hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request of any eligible* item. Returns for a refund, and subsequent exchange and return requests are subject to a $7.95 fee for shipping and handling. You must initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. Discounted and sale items that are not marked final sale up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Final Sale items

*Final sale items are noted on the product page and they include: furniture, lighting, oversized items (like hampers and rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and bodysuits, and sale items discounted 40% or more. All orders outside the U.S. are final sale and are shipped through our shipping partner, Stackry.
