The Herbal Yoga Mat is an all natural rug-style yoga mat that features 20 skin soothing herbs (Iike Turmeric, Neem and Holy Basil) with stress reducing properties. Each mat is handloomed with GOTS certified cotton and plant dyed using an ancient process that preserves the bioactive medicinal qualities of the plants. Free of chemicals, heavy metals, PVC, BPA, and phthalates, with no off-gassing or plastic mat smell. To preserve the natural dyes, please reduce sun and heat exposure. If taking a hot yoga class over 100 degrees let the bottom of the mat cool a bit before rolling. Always roll the mat to store.
Care: Öko Living mats can last a lifetime with proper care. These mats are naturally antibacterial and antifungal, so only wash every 3-5 months. Between washes, wipe with a damp cloth then hang to dry. Wash alone, do not spot clean. Hand wash with cold water or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water with natural detergent. Front loading or machine without an agitator is required. Hang to dry in the shade, do not roll when wet. Non-natural laundry detergent could alter the color of the mat.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. Final sale items* are not eligible for return. Please initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.
