Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. Final sale items* are not eligible for return. Please initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.

Co-founders Sonali and Sumanth created Nugu Homes to create a sustainable business rooted in social and environmental impact. They make all their handcrafted ceramics using modern ironstone, a formulation of sustainably-sourced raw materials, recycled ceramics, and locally sourced clays. Ironstone is also the most climate-friendly and safest ceramics available today. From start to finish, Nugu Home designs its entire production process around producing stunning, sustainable dinnerware products intended to last a lifetime. Their small-scale, made-to-order production also ensures zero waste. Nugu Home’s small team of indigenous artisans meticulously crafts each piece in Mysore, Karnataka, India, using traditional and innovative techniques. All their makers and artisans receive living wages for their masterful craftsmanship.
