Notice: California’s Proposition 65. All Greenington products are CARB 2-certified and low-VOC, as they contain low levels of formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is a naturally occurring chemical present in both indoor and outdoor air and is often found in many household products, as well as in some food products. All Greenington products are made with composite bamboo, pressed together with an adhesive that contains formaldehyde. High levels of formaldehyde are known to cause cancer, birth defects, and other health problems. We have verified the levels of formaldehyde in Greenington products are very low at .01 ppm, below the standards for the state of California and Greenguard (<.05 ppm).

Greenington is committed to creating beautiful products out of the highest quality, strongest and most rapidly renewable sourced materials. All Greenington products are made from 100% Moso Bamboo. Each piece of their furniture is either composed of solid strips of bamboo or individual strands of bamboo fibers. The bamboo is interwoven, soaked and then pressed into a mold using a hydraulic press that heats and compresses the bamboo and transforms its color into a beautiful honey-toned caramel. Greenington pays fair wages to all their artisans and employees in China.

15-day hassle-free returns for U.S. customers
You can return or exchange eligible full-price items purchased on Made Trade for a refund or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. Please fill out the Exchange/Return Request Form to initiate a return or exchange, and a member of our Customer Support team will promptly be in touch. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags.

Return shipping is free for exchanges or returns for store credit. There is a $5 shipping fee for each item returned for a refund. Discounted and sale items up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

Final sale items
Furniture, lighting, oversized items (hampers and large rugs), gift cards, all underwear bottoms, and face masks, sale items discounted 40% or more, and international orders outside the contiguous United States are final sale.

Domestic shipping (inside the United States)
Free shipping on all orders over $75 and flat $6 shipping on all orders under $75 (Continental United States). For orders of oversized items to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico (hampers and some large rugs), we charge a flat $50 shipping fee.

International shipping (outside the United States)
Flat rate shipping ($19 - $89) depending on the order total. Furniture is not eligible for international orders. All international orders are final sale. We do not ship furniture or most oversized items outside the United States. Shipping furniture to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories may incur an additional fees.
