Old-fashioned quality meets ultra-modern design. The FINEX cast iron skillet is the most versatile pan you'll ever own, and it's guaranteed for life. Each FINEX product is made with 100% North American, quality cast iron and is handcrafted by a small team of people in Portland, OR.

Each skillet is polished smooth and pre-seasoned with 100% organic flaxseed oil to provide a fantastic non-stick surface. All FINEX products can be used on any heat source. The skillet is a searing machine for hearty steaks, chops and salmon. It's brilliant for baking perfect cornbread, pies and cakes. Introduce a lid and it's great for steaming, braising and simmering. From stovetop, to oven, to grill—even over the coals—the FINEX cast iron skillet is a trusted essential you'll pass down for generations.

Angled sides: Eight rounded corners serve as pour spouts that seal up tight or serve as evenly spaced steam vents with the matching lid. Eight flat sides make it easier to get a spatula behind the crust on cornbread, pizza and other baked goods - and make it easier to squeeze a couple skillets into a crowded oven. Thick bases & walls distribute heat better, delivering stronger searing and more even cooking on any heat source.

Preseasoning: Ready to cook right out of the box, each cast iron piece comes pre-seasoned with 100% organic flaxseed oil to a non-stick, rust resistant bronze finish that will patina, darken and continue to improve as you cook.

Handle: Wound from 300 series stainless steel rod stock and hand polished to high luster, the handles stay cool longer, cool off quicker and feel better in the hand. Inspired by vintage wood stove door handles, they bring high-end fit and finish to a time honored design.

Machined Cooking Surface: CNC machined smooth right up to the curved edge, FINEX's cooking surfaces are smooth to the touch for near non-stick cooking and easy clean up.

FINEX is an American cast iron cookware company based in Portland, Oregon. Their mission is both simple and incredibly challenging: to build a better cast iron skillet that will stand the test of time. FINEX pays homage to the best attributes of vintage cast iron cookware: machine-smoothed cooking surfaces, flaxseed oil pre-seasoning and stone-tumble polishing. All FINEX cookware blends together vintage cast iron inspiration with modern functional design elements that deliver the best cooking experience and performance. Using temperatures exceeding 2,000 degrees, FINEX carefully melts quality sourced iron from North America for each of their exemplary products. All FINEX cookware takes longer to produce that traditional cast iron cookware, as each piece is handmade by six craftspeople — taking more than 12 hours from beginning to end. Every FINEX piece is polished, tumbled, pre-seasoned and assembled completely by hand in Portland, Oregon.

Best Pan Ever!!!!

I bought this pan for my husband for his birthday - he’s the cook in our family! He absolutely loves it! We use it almost every day. We love that the handle doesn’t get hot and the shape of the pan is great for all types of dishes. The pan so beautiful it’s even inspired me to try my hand at cooking a few things! This pan is an investment and I know we will have it for a lifetime. It’s so durable and functional and well-made. And it’s made locally in Portland! So bonus points there. We love our FINEX pan and we will definitely be back for more soon. Thanks MADE TRADE for offering such a beautiful ,quality product we love everything you do!

Fantastic product & looks great on my stove

My wife and I use this skillet everyday and it's awesome. It's so much better than the Lodge we had for years. We love the handle because it doesn't get hot, and quality is just way better. It's super smooth and the shape makes it's super easy to flip pancakes and tortillas. Plus, it looks great on our stove. Pretty much everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful it is. Highly recommend!
