Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request on all eligible items. Returns for a refund are subject to a $7.95 fee for return shipping and handling. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Soothing for those with hypoallergenic or sensitive skin, SeaCell’s amino acids and high levels of antioxidants help relieve skin diseases, protect the skin, and reduce inflammation. Esme’s Seacell is sustainably sourced using regenerative practices from the Icelandic Fjords and certifications include European Ecolabel, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 - SeaCell, OK compost HOME, and TITK- Degradability. Tencel Lyocell is made from the sustainable wood pulp of beech trees and eucalyptus trees, which creates a low ecological impact fiber that’s soft and smooth to the touch. Both the Tencel Lyocell and Seacell are made in a closed-loop system that reuses and recovers solvents and avoids chemical waste, resulting in eco-friendly production. Each pair of underwear is made in Portugal and all makers are all paid fair wages and work in safe working conditions.
