Darzah's tatreez crossbody bags are perfect for carrying the essentials, measuring 8" x 8" and made with camel brown cow leather from Palestine. Each bag is hand-embroidered with by refugee and low-income women artisans with a traditional Palestinian tatreez design, the "slices" motif, and crafted with locally sourced leather in Al Khalil (Hebron). Lined with cotton and designed with an interior pocket and zipper closure. "Shaqhat" means slices in Arabic.

Darzah is a non-profit, ethical fashion brand specializing in Palestinian "tatreez" embroidery, a centuries-old art form, traditionally passed down from mother to daughter. Each piece is fair trade certified, hand-embroidered and handcrafted in Palestine’s West Bank. Darzah’s mission is to create economic opportunities for refugee and low-income women artisans and to celebrate tatreez embroidery and Palestinian cultural heritage. The word “darzah” means "stitch" in Arabic.
Darzah is a women-run 501(c)3 non-profit social enterprise based in Dallas, Texas and the West Bank.
