Audrey Weaves is the unique work of Audrey Ducas, an Oregon based fiber artist originally from Provence, France. Audrey received her Masters from Paris’s esteemed Ensci Design Institute, then relocated to New York City where she spent 10 years working across the globe searching for and collaborating with the hidden artists behind our planet’s most striking textiles. Her work is inspired by ancient cultures, the skills, and traditions she encountered during her travels, as well as her lifelong passion for natural environments and landscapes.

Her modern woven wall hangings and jewelry help preserve culture, ancestry, tradition, and the art of fiber weaving. All materials used in her art are natural and are ethically sourced, primarily from the United States. Audrey Weaves packaging is also handmade and is partially up-cycled.

Sustainable
Our sustainable brand partners are committed to responsible sourcing and intentional design that creates minimal negative environmental impact. Some of their methods may include sustainably harvesting raw materials, upcycling/recycling used materials (such as plastic or dead stock fabrics), or using all natural, earth-friendly materials (such as plant and mineral-based dyes).
USA Made
At Made Trade it's not enough for a product to just be "USA made" it must also adhere to responsible sourcing of materials used and fair treatment of the person who created it. We curate USA made brands who: pay fair, living wages to their makers, provide safe and healthy working conditions, source materials locally wherever possible, prioritize sustainable growth for their business, and implement eco-friendly practices.
