Returns for store credit or your first exchange per eligible full price item* are always free. We are happy to provide you with one free return shipping label. Returns for refund and subsequent exchange orders are subject to a $6 per item shipping fee. You must initiate your return/exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Discounted and sale items up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure to add Route shipping insurance to your order at checkout for full coverage in case of lost, damaged or stolen packages.

International orders
All international orders are final sale and must be shipping through Stackry. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier brokerage fees incurred in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shipping in the U.S.
Free shipping on all orders over $75 and flat $6 shipping on all orders under $75 (Continental United States). For orders of oversized items to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico (hampers and some large rugs), we charge a flat $50 shipping fee. Shipping furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may incur an additional cost. Contact us at support@madetrade.com for more details.
All Made Trade shipping and returns are 100% carbon offset. This means all carbon emissions from the transportation of any product on Made Trade are 100% offset through the purchasing of carbon credits. Shipping from the location the product was made all the way to our customer’s door is offset, as is any potential return of the product. Learn more here.
Made Trade does not offer rush shipping at this time.
Domestically we ship to all 50 states. Internationally we ship to all destinations (excluding, taxes and duties) through our partnership with Stackry. See below for more information!
Sometimes when you order more than one item on Made Trade, your order will ship in more than one shipment. This is because most of the products we carry ship directly from their original warehouses. This avoids unnecessary duplicative shipping to a single warehouse and then to the customer when an order is placed. At Made Trade, we take the impact shipping has on the environment very seriously. That’s also why all orders on Made Trade include 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping. We cancel out the carbon dioxide emitted from the entire shipping journey of a product (from maker to warehouse to the customer) by purchasing carbon credits from projects that are actively sequestering destroying or avoiding the creation of carbon dioxide altogether. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS depending on the item, weight and destination.
Products are usually shipped within 2-3 days after receiving your order. Shipping in the continental U.S. is typically 3-7 business days. However, some items are made-to-order just for you and can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to ship (see product details for specifics). If a product is made-to-order, then it will be indicated in the products details.
For international shipping through Stackry, shipping times from your locker outside the U.S. vary from 3-5 days with FedEx, up to 21+ days with other carriers. You can select your preferred international carrier through your Stackry account. See below for more information.
Route is optional package protection for your Made Trade order available on the cart page and at checkout. When you add Route Shipping Protection, you can easily (and quickly!) file a claim in the event that your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. Most Route claims are reviewed and resolved within 24-48 hours.
Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London. We are excited to offer this service and highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. Click here to learn more about Route Terms and Conditions.
How do I file a claim with Route?
If you insured your order with Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim via the Route App or online here.
When can I file my Route claim?
Marked as delivered, not received: Claims for packages marked delivered but not received, must be made 5 days after the marked delivery date but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not delivered to a neighbor by accident or easily found around the premises.
Please note, orders over $100 require a police report. (Don’t worry, this is easy and quick and Route can assist you!)
Stuck in transit: Claims for packages presumed to be lost in transit (where the status is not delivered) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Damaged: Claims for items damaged in transit must be filed within 15 days of the carrier delivery date. Photos required to file a damaged claim.

International Shipping
Yes! Stackry is Made Trade’s international shipping partner.
Stackry is an international forwarding service that ships all international orders outside of the United States to their final destination. Stackry is a great sustainable way to ship internationally, as they will consolidate multiple online orders (including other online stores in the U.S.), and get all your products shipped together, quickly and at a reasonable rate. When you shop with Made Trade, you can sign up for Stackry at checkout and receive a U.S. address (your Stackry locker). Simply click "Shipping internationally?" at the bottom of the checkout page to sign up for your Stackry address.
Once you have your U.S. address, you can shop on Made Trade as well as your other favorite U.S. retailers. Simply enter your U.S. address in the shipping information section at check out and your packages will be shipped to your Stackry locker. From there, Stackry receives your packages at your locker, notifies you when they arrive, and consolidates them before sending them out to be shipped from the U.S. to your doorstep.
Additionally, Stackry is offering all Made Trade customers 10% off their international shipments for the first year when they sign up at checkout.
The final shipping cost is dependent on the total weight and size of your package(s) as well as your destination. You can estimate your final shipping cost using the Stackry shipping calculator. Your Stackry parcel forwarding costs do not include additional taxes or custom fees. Duties and taxes vary by country. If you would like to know more about the duties and taxes in your country, please check with your local customs office website.
Yes, Stackry opens all packages for two reasons: 1) to inspect the contents for dangerous goods, prohibited/restricted items and damages, and 2) to consolidate your shipments to get the lowest shipping rate before forwarding to you.
You can store your packages in your Stackry locker for up to 60 days. Stackry will secure your purchases in your personalized locker free of charge for the first 45 days, and then your packages will incur a storage fee. After 60 days, Stackry reserves the right to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of your packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email that we’ve received your return, and your refund will be processed within 5 days.
Buy the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. If you are located in the US, you have 15 days from the delivery of your order to exchange any item. We will also issue an exchange for any damaged, defective, or incorrect product received in your order.
To initiate an exchange please fill out the exchange request form.
Made Trade will issue you a complimentary return label by email that you can affix to your package. Made Trade does not charge a fee for exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we’ve received your exchange. We’ll then issue you a new order for your replacement item.

Orders
Yes! We offer mailed gift cards and digital gift cards. Digital gift cards can be immediately emailed to the recipient or printed at home and mailed gift cards are handwritten by Made Trade and mailed to the recipient.
We accept most major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We've also partnered with Klarna to allow our customers to make payments in four installments.
All orders come with a packing slip without prices listed. You have the option to add a gift note at checkout.
Check your email for your Made Trade order receipt. There you’ll find your tracking number. Please note this is for most products—some of our specialty items shipping from outside the US will not include a tracking number.
For most footwear and apparel item there is a specific sizing guide or sizing overview in each product’s product details field.
By default our prices are in USD, but you can change the currency by clicking the button on the top left of the navigation.
