Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request. Returns for a refund and subsequent exchange orders are subject to a $6 per package shipping fee. Final sale items* are not eligible for return. You can see our full return and exchange policy here.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear. A customer who requests a used or worn item back is responsible for return shipping.

Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

*Final sale items: Furniture, lighting, oversized items (hampers and all rugs except bath mats), gift cards, all underwear bottoms, bodysuits and face masks (for hygienic reasons), sale items discounted 40% off or more, international orders using Stackry, and all items marked as final sale on the product page are all final sale.
