On Made Trade, we offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more for US destinations. We charge a flat $7 for all orders with US destinations under $100. For international orders, we charge a flat $29 for orders that weigh up to 4lbs. For orders over 4lbs, we charge a flat $89 fee. We do not ship furniture outside the US.
Domestically we ship to all 50 states. Internationally we ship to all destinations for a flat international shipping fee of $29 (excluding, taxes and duties) for orders under 4lbs, and $89 for orders over 4lbs.
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on the item, weight and destination.
Products are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order. However, some items are made-to-order just for you and can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to ship (see product details for specifics). If a product is made-to-order, then it will be indicated in the products details.
Returns + Exchanges
Free size exchanges for clothing and shoes within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with original tags. Please note we offer store credit and we do not offer refunds. 15 day return/exchange period for store credit for all products except furniture, lighting and oversized items.
Made Trade charges a $6 flat fee per item returned within 15 days of delivery excluding furniture, lighting and oversized items. Why? Many companies offer free shipping and free returns, but this is not a sustainable practice for businesses or our planet. We only want you to order an item from Made Trade if you truly need it and love it. Our simple $6 returns ensure the small brands carried on Made Trade can reduce unnecessary back and forth shipping, which in turn helps reduce carbon emissions. All furniture, lighting and oversized items are final sale.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS (OUTSIDE U.S.):
Flat rate shipping depending on weight to all destinations outiside the U.S. All international orders shipping to destinations outside the U.S. are final sale.
We want to make shopping on Made Trade as simple and straightforward as possible. Need a different size? No problem. For all orders of shoes and clothing in the U.S., we offer one free exchange to size up or down. Please note all eligible exchanges and returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery, and products must be in original condition with original tags.

Made Trade will reply and issue you a return label by email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email that we’ve received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for store credit. If your return is approved, you will be issued store credit via email, which does not have an expiration date.
Buy the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. If you are located in the US, you have 15 days from the delivery of your order to exchange any apparel or footwear items that do not fit for one size up or down from the size you ordered.
We will also issue an exchange for any damaged, defective, or incorrect product received in your order.

Made Trade will issue you a complimentary return label by email that you can affix to your package. Made Trade does not charge a fee for exchanges as a result of incorrect sizing. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we’ve received your exchange. We’ll then issue you a new order for your replacement item.
Please note that we do not offer returns on sale items, furniture, oversized items, lighting or gift cards. All of these items are final sale. All international orders outside of the United States are final sale.
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Yes, we offer either digital or physical gift cards. Digital gift cards can be immediately emailed to the recipient and physical gift cards are handwritten by Made Trade and mailed to the recipient.
We currently do not offer gift receipts.
Check your email for your Made Trade order receipt. There you’ll find your tracking number. Please note this is for most products -- some of our specialty items shipping from outside the US will not include a tracking number.
