15-day hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

You can return or exchange eligible full price items* purchased on Made Trade for a refund or store credit, so long as you get in touch with our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach our customer support team by email at support@madetrade.com. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with tags.

If you’re exchanging a product or receiving store credit then return shipping is 100% free. If you are returning an item for a refund we charge a flat $5 return shipping fee for each item ordered.

Discounted and sale items up to 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

Furniture, lighting, oversized items (hampers and large rugs — excluding bath mats), gift cards, all underwear bottoms and face masks (for hygienic reasons), sale items 40% off or more, and orders outside the United States are all final sale.
