For the 2023 holiday season, you can exchange or return your gift for store credit until January 15, 2024. Returns for a refund should be initiated within 30 days of order fulfillment.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free for your first request of any eligible* item. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Made Trade does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
