k-apostrophe takes the work of mixed media artist K’era Morgan to create artful, yet approachable home decor. Each piece is made to order or in small batches to ensure a high level of quality to last for years while reducing overproduction and textile waste. Their throw blankets and tapestries are woven with upcycled cotton on German looms by a family-run business in North Carolina. Their throw pillows are handwoven by artisans in Oaxaca, Mexico using pure wool that is handspun and hand-dyed. Intention is in every part of the production process, including K’era’s striking pieces that tell non-linear stories influenced by the texture and marks of everyday experience.
